Along with the previously leased surface area, the lawyers now occupy the entire fifth floor (over 900 sq. metres) of the new building and 2,800 sq. metres of space in the adjacent building of the Exchange Centre. Greenberg Traurig is renting a total 3,700 sq. metres in the two buildings.
